Daily Discgolf is a cartoon-style disc golf game you play in your browser. Every day there is a brand-new 9-hole course — from open fields to dense forests and in-town layouts — and you get one shot at it. The best 25 rounds of the day make the leaderboard, and there is a weekly board for the whole week.

You aim with two sweeping lines: stop the first to pick your direction, stop the second to pick the throw angle, then time the power meter and the accuracy segment. Choose between a putter, midrange, fairway driver and distance driver, throw backhand or forehand, and watch the wind — it pushes your disc.

Want a rematch? You can buy a retry for 0.59 € on the finish screen — your better score stays. Premium (4.99 €/month, for signed-in players) gives you one extra try every day. You can also create a private room on any past course and invite friends with a code — everyone throws at the same time. Past courses are free to practice anytime.

These terms are between you and Saeko Play ("we", "us"), the seller of Daily Discgolf. By using the game you agree to these terms.

The service. Daily Discgolf provides daily 9-hole disc golf courses, leaderboards, practice rounds and private multiplayer rooms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game for personal entertainment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Your account. You may play as a guest or create an account. Keep your login details confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Fair play and misuse. You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, no infringing others' rights, no interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping), no cheating or manipulating leaderboards, and no reverse engineering, resale or redistribution of the game.

Our content. We own the game and its content (software, courses, artwork, branding). You may not copy or reuse it outside the game.

Purchases. You can buy single retries (0.59 €) and a Premium subscription (4.99 €/month, renewing monthly until cancelled). Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which also handles sales tax/VAT, receipts and payment disputes for our orders. Your card statement may show "LINK.COM*" next to our name.

Retries and tries. A bought retry lets you replay the same daily course with the same wind; only your better score counts. Unused retries expire at local midnight. Premium adds one extra daily try and can be cancelled anytime; it stays active until the end of the paid month.

Suspension and termination. We may suspend or end your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. When access ends, your scores and profile may be deleted.

Liability. The game is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, data or goodwill). Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law requires it.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, reply to your payment receipt email or contact our support team.

Cancelling Premium stops future renewals; it does not refund the current month, and your extra daily try keeps working until the paid month ends.

Saeko Play is the data controller for Daily Discgolf. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect. Nickname and leaderboard scores; account details (email, login credentials) if you sign in; game activity (rounds, rooms, retries, subscription status); support messages; and basic technical data such as device identifiers and IP address.

Why we use it. To create and run your account and guest sessions, provide the game and leaderboards, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the game, and provide customer support. Legal bases: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (security, improvement), your consent where required, and legal obligations.

Who we share it with. Service providers that host and operate the game; Stripe, our payment provider, for payments, subscriptions, tax compliance and receipts; professional advisers; and authorities where the law requires it. Payment card details are collected by Stripe, not by us.

Retention. We keep data while your account or guest session is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights. Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise them; we respond within one month.

Security. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data.

Cookies. We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use marketing cookies.
